The Basque Country, Cantabria and Asturias show Spain’s green Atlantic north, with dramatic coast, mountain backdrops, strong food cultures, industrial heritage and proud regional identities.
Trips and nature
This is a wet, green and rugged region of cliffs, beaches, valleys, forests and mountains. The Picos de Europa are the major highland highlight.
