General information
Andorra la Vella, Escaldes and the Central Valley are the natural gateway to Andorra, combining hotels, restaurants, shopping, thermal wellness, transport and mountain views.
Trips and nature
The central valley is the most urban part of Andorra, but the mountains are visible everywhere. The Madriu-Perafita-Claror Valley offers a major natural and cultural escape nearby.
Food and atmosphere
Casa de la Vall, old stone houses, churches and thermal traditions show Andorra’s Catalan and Pyrenean identity. Food is hearty: meats, cheeses, potatoes, mushrooms and mountain dishes.
Transport and stay
Andorra is reached by road or bus from Spain or France. The central valley works well as a base for 2 to 4 days, with buses, taxis and easy access to other valleys.
