General information
Belfast, the Causeway Coast and Northern Ireland form a compact but very rich region. Belfast brings industrial heritage, shipyards, culture, political history and an increasingly lively food scene.
Trips and nature
The Giant’s Causeway is the main natural icon, while the Causeway Coast offers cliffs, beaches, castles and scenic roads. Mourne Mountains and Fermanagh add mountains and lake landscapes.
Food and atmosphere
Belfast has Titanic history, murals, music and pubs. Derry has city walls and a key role in modern history. Food includes the Ulster fry, soda farls, seafood, beef, lamb, whiskey and pub cooking.
Transport and stay
Belfast has airports and links with Dublin. Public transport and tours work for main sights, but a car helps for the Causeway Coast, Mournes and Fermanagh.
