Main trails

  • Azur — 10.3 km — easy
  • Rubin — 8 km — medium
  • Baron — 6 km — hard

Trail Park Klínovec is one of the strongest summer bike destinations in Czechia. The Mapy.com Express lift takes riders and bikes back to the top, so most of your energy can go into riding rather than climbing.

The park has around 30 km of singletrails and 70 km of marked MTB routes. Its best-known lines are the long flow trails Azur, Rubin and Baron. Azur is the best first choice for beginners and families, Rubin adds more speed and flow, and Baron is more suitable for confident riders.

Why visit

Klínovec works because it has both long descents and full services. You get lift access, rentals, bike school, bike service, refreshments, showers, bike wash and free parking near the lower station in Jáchymov.

Trails and difficulty

The trails are divided into four difficulty levels. Easy trails are suitable for riders who can already control a bike safely off road. More difficult routes require better technique, fitness and protective equipment.

Rental and bike school

You can rent trail bikes or scooters. Rental is available near the upper station and equipment is returned at the lower station. A helmet is included with rented bikes or scooters.

Practical tip

For a first ride, start with Azur, even if you feel confident. It shows you the surface, signage and flow of the park. Then move to Rubin, Baron or harder lines.

Summary

Trail Park Klínovec is a Czech bike-park classic: long flow trails, lift access, rentals, service, bike school and routes for both families and advanced riders.
